As each website is as unique as each company, all requests for design proposals will be dealt with on an individual basis after an initial consultation.
At HeinSites, we offer an "a la carte" system. Start with the Basic Site and add to it as needed. Pricing information follows below.
Basic Site - $1000.00
- up to 5 pages
- simple contact form with captcha to reduce spam
- coded to current standards to ensure long-term viability
- custom design
Often referred to as a "brochure website", this kind of site lists basic information about your business and includes a way to contact you. A simple contact form would include a few fields to fill in such as "Name", "Email", "Phone Number", and "Message".
Hosting
HeinSites now offers hosting for all their clients. Our hosting packages are very competitively priced and created with the growing business in mind. If you are also in need of hosting for your site, ask us for package details and pricing.
To help you with initial budgeting amounts: generally hosting for a Basic Site would be $60.00/year. Hosting for a CMS site or a site that may be hosting many photos would be $110.00/year.
Add-Ons to the Basic Site:
Extra Pages - $100 each
You may add pages up to a total maximum of 12. If your site has more than 12 pages, you should be looking at a content management system.
Simple Product Catalog
- up to 20 products (no e-commerce connection) - $300
- 21-40 products (no e-commerce connection) - $550
If you want to simply display products or product samples on your site, this would be a great option for you because it can include product descriptions and other information.
Advanced Contact Form - $150.00
Fields in this form could include drop-down choices, check boxes, multiple text inputs, and more for those who need a lot of information from their contacts. Includes Captcha to reduce unwanted spam.
Photo Gallery
- 1-5 albums - $250
- 6-10 albums - $350
Albums can have a maximum of 10 pictures in each one.
Calendar - Basic - $200; Advanced - $350
A calendar can be handy for listing business events, classes, workshops, deadlines, etc. Basic Calendar is maintained by HeinSites at current site maintenance rates (see below). Advanced Calendar may be maintained by client.
Site Maintenance
HeinSites offers site maintenance services at the hourly rate of $50.00. Site maintenance would include updating or adding new photo albums to an album site, adding a new page to a site, changing large chunks of text on the site, etc.
Content Management System - approx. $2200
If you need site with lots of pages, added functionality such as the options above, and/or the ability to update content easily yourself, a content management system (CMS) may be just the thing you are looking for. With a CMS, you can log into an online administration panel and update the content of your site using an editing window similar to your own word processor without disturbing the site template. Great for the business owner who posts frequent news items, specials, or updates - or for those who could use built-in features like newsletters, blog, guest book, larger product display catalog, etc. (Please Note that e-commerce capability is not included in this price.)
Prices for a content management system can vary, depending upon the size of your project. Therefore, the above price is a ballpark figure only. A detailed proposal and quote will be submitted after the initial free consultation. We do recommend that if you've added up your needs for a website and it is approaching this benchmark, you should talk to us about a CMS.
